Celebrate Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with a cooking demonstration of Korean gilgeori toast.

Learn about the 600-year history of Korean street food as we sample gilgeori toast. This 1970s postwar era dish is a popular, savory-sweet breakfast sandwich sold by street vendors and consists of bread, eggs, vegetables, and condiments. Potential allergens.
