Tina M. James, Esq. is the founder of Tina James Law, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, guardianship, and special needs planning for families navigating complex caregiving and decision-making challenges. She works closely with parents and caregivers of children and adults with disabilities to create thoughtful, practical plans that protect benefits, preserve autonomy where possible, and provide long-term stability.

Tina advises families on special needs trusts, guardianship and alternatives to guardianship, estate and trust administration, and long-term planning for loved ones who require ongoing support.
