Learn about the power within yourself with this inspiring presentation by Compass by Preferred Behavioral Health.

This inspiring presentation helps students understand the importance of self-esteem and how it influences their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Through interactive activities and reflection, students will explore what shapes their self-image, learn to challenge negative self-talk, and discover strategies to build confidence and self-respect. The goal is to empower students to recognize their worth, embrace their strengths, and develop a positive mindset that supports their growth and success. Presented by Compass by Preferred Behavioral Health.
