Mindfulness is a powerful state of being that allows students to experience all the feelings and sensations of the present moment. Like magic, it expands the mind to interpret reality in different ways; ways that may not be easily explained. This seminar has been designed to enable students to focus and control their thoughts and their emotions to relieve stress, understand the difference between perceptions and reality and how to create their best lives.
