We will address debt collection practices and how to handle creditors. We will discuss bankruptcy basics and will review the allowable exemptions for bankruptcy (home, vehicle, bank accounts, personal property, etc.) We will not really be talking too much about contracts other than how they pertain to the above. Please register.
