Do you have a visual impairment, a reading disability, or a physical impairment that prevents you from holding a book or turning pages comfortably?  Learn how the New Jersey State Library Talking Book and Braille Center (TBBC) can help and discover the benefits of BARD, the Braille and Audio Reading Download service provided by the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled, Library of Congress. Program in honor of National Libraries Week.  Please register.
