Join Ocean County College Librarian Shawn Oates for an examination of AI, its place in the modern media ecosystem, and how you can engage with it ethically and critically.

AI has become a popular tool among students and professionals across the world. It is used to do everything from basic research and writing papers and emails to creating artwork and coding websites and software. However, it is still very much a human invention, and like all human inventions it is shaped by human biases, social pressures, and financial incentives.
