Richard Michael O'Meara is a retired soldier, university lecturer, and trial attorney who lives with his wife, Mary, on an island in New Jersey. Other works include Going Home for Apples and Other Stories, Triggers and Other Stories, Governing Military Technologies in the 21st Century, Steppin' Out, Tales from the Trail, A book of Oral Poetry, and Sunshine Capers.
