Join the Ocean County Health Department to learn about the benefits of social connection, why it is important, and how to improve social connectedness in our own lives.

New from the Ocean County Health Department, this program is designed to educate participants about the benefits of social connection, why it is important, and how to improve social connectedness in their own lives. Throughout the program, the audience will have opportunities to build social connections with each other. Participants will be encouraged to become connected if they are not already, and to become aware of the prevalence of loneliness as a public health issue. Please register.
