Create your own intention jar filled with crystals, glitter, and other objects to guide meditation and foster positive thought. Led by meditation expert, Belle Burns, teens will learn about self-reflection and mindfulness during Mental Health Awareness Month and leave with a unique craft.

Visit the Sensory Space on the 2nd floor for special lighting, sounds and equipment to create a calming experience while using the Library. Time spent in the Space will be limited up to 30 minutes and availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Caregiver must be present. Hours subject to change, check Sensory Space online calendar prior to arriving.
