In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, join local yoga instructor Belle Burns for an hour-long beginner gentle yoga class. You will practice the basics and foundation of yoga, incorporate mindfulness, and self-care. This is a safe space for all teens and tweens.
Please bring a yoga mat. A waiver signed by parent/guardian prior to or at the time of the program will be required for participation.
