"Stress Happens" aims to educate teens with ways to live a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. Attendees will learn ways to deal with stress and overcome anxious tendencies.
Presented by the Ocean County Health Department, "Stress Happens" aims to educate teens with ways to live a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. Attendees will learn ways to deal with stress and overcome anxious tendencies caused by school, tests, work, relationships and everyday stresses that an adolescent encounters. This program will provide tools and methods to handle and cope properly with everyday stress and personal stress triggers. Attendees will learn proper time management skills, relaxation techniques and ways to overcome test anxiety. Ages 13-18.
