Meet with representatives from the Ocean County Health Department.

The Ocean County Health Department provides public health and clinical services such as immunizations, screenings, and infectious?disease clinics, along with disease control and epidemiology efforts to monitor and reduce health risks. It also oversees environmental health programs including food safety inspections and water testing, supports families through WIC and women’s health services, offers mental health and substance?abuse assistance, develops emergency preparedness plans, manages animal care and adoption services, delivers community health education, and issues permits for tobacco vendors and food establishments. Learn more about their resources by meeting with a representative at the Jackson Branch.
