Join professionals from Hackensack Meridian Health for a free vision assessment.

Our vision screenings offer a quick, non-invasive way to assess your eye health, beginning with the Snellen eye chart to measure visual acuity and identify common issues such as nearsightedness. We also conduct Ishihara color plates screenings to detect color vision deficiencies by testing your ability to distinguish specific numeric patterns within colored gradients. These assessments are vital for early detection, and we invite you to join our health professionals for a brief evaluation to ensure your vision is clear and protected.
