Discover the remarkable story of Mary Fields, affectionately known as "Stagecoach Mary." Breaking barriers as the first African American woman to carry U.S. mail, Mary braved treacherous terrain and harsh weather, delivering letters and packages across the wild West. Her courage, determination, and unwavering sense of duty made her a legendary figure in American history. Join us in celebrating the inspiring legacy of a true pioneer who delivered more than mail—she delivered hope and connection to countless communities. Enjoy a theatrical representation by Dr. Daisy Nelson Century in honor of Black History Month.
