Chair Yoga is for Every Body! This beginner friendly chair yoga class will guide participants through breath work and a series of poses that address the major joints and muscle groups in the body.
This class will include select standing postures with the support of a chair and modifications will be provided for those who choose to remain seated. Class will end with relaxation and meditation. Sponsored by the Friends of the Little Egg Harbor Branch.
