Learn about the pointe shoe’s journey from factory to stage and how professional ballerinas meticulously prepare and care for their shoes. Long Beach Island Library Branch Manager and devoted balletomane, Laurence Krupinski, will present a slideshow on this fascinating subject and will display her expansive pointe shoe collection. Please register.
