It may be fall, but it's not time to abandon the garden! Join Rutgers Master Gardener Cheryl Clearo to learn how to prepare your garden for winter.
This presentation will discuss ways to clean out your garden beds; protect trees, shrubs and tender plants; eliminate sources of disease and insect infestation; and prepare tools for winter storage. Cleaning up your garden in the fall will make your spring planting easier.
Presented by Cheryl Clearo of the Rutgers Master Gardeners of Ocean County. Rutgers Master Gardeners (RMGs) are trained and certified volunteers who assist Rutgers Cooperative Extension personnel in providing research-based information on sustainable horticultural practices to Ocean County residents.
