Join us in learning how to grow a fun fall staple! Program presented by the Rutgers Master Gardeners.

This program will take you on an exciting journey through the complete growing cycle of garlic, starting from the initial planting in November and culminating in the harvest in June. Participants will learn not only about the essential steps of drying and storing garlic but also discover fascinating insights into its rich history and cultural significance. The program will be visually engaging, featuring captivating pictures that illustrate each stage of the process, along with intriguing trivia that will deepen your appreciation for this remarkable plant. Presenter Noreen Baris has been a certified Rutgers Master Gardener since 2009. She has been working as an educator in the Master Gardener's teaching garden for the last 15 years and is involved with several other programs, including Gleaning with Farmers Against Hunger. Program presented by the Rutgers Master Gardeners.
