The Role of the Volunteer Long Term Care Ombudsman 

Presented by Ocean County Ombudsman

Learn about the NJ Long Term Care Ombudsman Advocate Program which is aimed at promoting the health, safety and welfare of nursing home residents.

Presenter, Jane Mandel, will discuss the rights of the nursing home residents and how the volunteer would identify and investigate complaints made on behalf of the residents.
