Do you believe that you, or someone you know, is being bullied due to having a disability? There are steps that can be taken to address the harassment.

During this workshop, an attorney from Disability Rights New Jersey and a representative of the New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities will provide an overview of how bullying affects the disabled community and actions that can be taken to stop the behavior.  You will learn:

·        The Definition of Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB)

·        How to Identify HIB Conduct

·        The Differences Between Conflict and HIB

·        Your Rights According to the Law

·        How to Report HIB Behavior and What to Know about the HIB Investigation Process
