The Matilda Effect describes a pattern where women’s ideas, inventions, or discoveries are overlooked and minimized. Throughout history, women's important contributions to science, science, art and culture were published under a man’s name or praised as someone else’s achievement. Learn about the women inventors and scientists who deserve recognition and uncover the stories about how they were silenced. Please register.
