In honor of mental health awareness month, Kate from Vibe Sessions with Kate will guide you through a journey of sound, helping to release any tension or stress in the mind, body and soul. These healing vibrations will wash over you allowing you to feel more grounded, focused and relaxed. After, you will measure, pour, and mix your own slime to bring home. Please bring your own mat or towel.
