Yoga for ages 5 - 12. REG
This interactive children’s Yoga class incorporates movement and imagination. Participants will practice yoga poses and mindfulness-based activities that encourage play and curiosity. Class winds down with deep breathing and guided relaxation. This yoga class is open to children ages 5-12 and no previous yoga experience is required. Taught by certified yoga instructor Miss Rebecca. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, a limited number will be available. Please register.
