Please join us for a mindful meditation yoga session with certified yoga instructor, Belle Burns. This hour long program will include holding yoga poses for extended periods while you are guided into relaxing and mindful meditation. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. A waiver will need to be signed before the start of the program.
