The NJ MVC's Mobile Unit will be setting up at the Manchester Library. 

Please register at https://telegov.njportal.com/njmvcmobileunit/ and under appointment location select Ocean (Manchester).

*No appointment necessary for receiving placards for Handicapped, Veteran, and Purple Heart or surrendering license plates.
