Join us for an empowering session on how to effectively manage your blood pressure and cholesterol including advocating for your own health. Presented by Hackensack Meridian Health.

Discover the key differences between good and bad cholesterol, explore treatment options, and learn about the risk factors for heart disease and stroke. Also, in this interactive session, gain valuable insights on advocating for your own health. Learn the essential questions to ask your doctor and pharmacist, as well as the recommended medical screenings and tests for prevention and early detection of potential health concerns. Certified health educational experts from Hackensack Meridian Health will help you take control of your health journey and stay informed to live a healthier life! Questions and answers will follow the presentation. Please register each guest separately.
