This is week 4 of a 4-week Chair Yoga series for Adults with certified instructor Linda Higley. This gentle, seated yoga practice is perfect for those looking to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation without the need to get on the floor. Ideal for all fitness levels, Chair Yoga helps reduce stress and promote overall well-being. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome! The January 22, first session registration will enroll attendees in all four sessions. Registration will be closed when the first session begins.
*A waiver form must be signed and completed by each person attending the chair yoga program at the start of the program in order to participate.
