Exercise in the library with chair yoga for adults!
Join us for a relaxing 4-week series of Chair Yoga for Adults with certified instructor Linda Higley. This gentle, seated yoga practice is perfect for those looking to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation without the need to get on the floor. Ideal for all fitness levels, Chair Yoga helps reduce stress and promote overall well-being. No experience necessary, and all are welcome!
*Please register. Register each attendee separately. This registration is for all four weekly sessions: Jan 22, Jan 29, Feb 5, Feb 12 at 2:00 PM.
*A waiver form must be signed and completed by each person attending the chair yoga program at the start of the program in order to participate.
