Join us for an hour-long meditation that focuses on each chakra through guided word, visualization, and a crystal bowl playing to the note of each chakra. A waiver will be required to sign.

Join us for an hour-long meditation that focuses on each chakra through guided word, visualization, and a crystal bowl playing to the note of each chakra. We will end with a brief sound bath of all of the bowls. Bring a mat to lie down or we can provide chairs to sit upright. A waiver will be required to sign.

This is an hour-long meditation that focuses on the 7 seven chakras. As we focus on each chakra, you will be guided through word of mouth, visualization and the playing of the crystal sound bowl that matches that chakra. Crystal sound bowls are played at 440 Hz and match a note to each chakra to aid in healing and feelings of overall wellness. Sound healing via crystal bowls is medically studied to help with a better mood, stress, tension, and overall, wellbeing. At the end of the meditation, there will be a time of complete meditation listening to all seven sound bowls being played. 

Disclaimer: if you have sensitive hearing, have a tendency for anxiety, or have any other health issues, please be aware that, though the sound bowls are healing, they can also be loud and may create feelings of discomfort if you are unfamiliar with it. There will be periods of silence and talking where there is no bowl played to give everyone breaks from the sound. Please check with your doctor to see if this is right for you.
