During this workshop, participants will be provided with a holistic approach to help understand their inner self through internal and external awareness. Through regulating activities, participants will explore mindful eating, aromatherapy, breathing exercises, mind distraction, body scans, and much more. This program is intended for parents, caregivers, and educators.
