Individuals with a personal perspective on living with a mental health condition will talk openly about their experiences.
Through the "In Our Own Voice" program, learn more about the day-to-day experience of living life with a mental health condition. Topics covered by the presenters will be, "What Happened," "What Helps," and "What Is Next" in their recovery from mental health issues and how they found pathways to hope and healing. Attendees will also have a chance to ask questions, learn more about mental health, and help challenge assumptions and stereotypes.
