Join Hackensack Meridian Health as they discuss what you can do to prevent or manage heart failure.

According to the American Heart Association, about 6 million Americans are living with heart failure and is the most common reason for hospitalizations over the age of 65 years old.  Join us as we how heart failure develops, the causes of heart failure, the signs and symptoms to report and current treatments.  Please join us for this important lecture and find out what you can do to prevent or manage heart failure.
