Yoga - Pilates Fusion with Belle
Join Yoga and Pilates instructor, Belle Burns, for an hour-long combination class of Yoga and mat Pilates. This class contains medium-intensity exercises that target the core muscles and all supporting muscles that mostly take place lying on our back or side, while focusing on control and precision with the breath. The class will teach you these exercises in a beginner-friendly manner, while giving ample time for rest and stretch. Please bring a mat.
