Learn how to manage your blood pressure through lifestyle changes, including meal planning and starting an exercise routine. Do you know what your cholesterol level is and what the number means? Review the differences between good and bad cholesterol, risk factors, and treatment options. Additionally, free blood pressure and cholesterol screenings will be offered before, during and after the program from 2 to 4 pm. This program is presented by staff from Hackensack Meridian Health.
