Keep your mind sharp, and come learn some proven tips on how to keep brain active.

Your brain is like the computer of your body. As we get older, changes to the brain are normal, come discover daily activities that maintain your brain's health and keep it as functional as can be. There will be an optional free blood sugar screening after the presentation provided by a Braven Health registered nurse. Braven Health is an affiliate of Horizon BCBSNJ and partnership with Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) and RWJBarnabas Health. REG
