An accredited DSMES program that provides a foundation to help people with diabetes to navigate self-management decisions and activities.

The Ocean County Health Department's DSMES program is four 2-hour sessions. There is an interview prior to the program and a post interview after completion of the program. To register, please contact the Ocean County Health Department, 732-341-9700, ext. 7237 or 7235
