Matt Holland from the Ocean County Health Department will speak about the importance of preventative health assessments and provide nutritional information.

The Ocean County Health Department will also provide free health screenings including blood pressure, glucose, A1C%, full cholesterol panel, heart rate & pulse ox.

Lunch will be provided at 12 pm by Interfaith Health and Support Services, followed with the lecture and screenings provided Ocean County Health Department.

Potential Allergens. Space is limited, please register.
