Drop in for a FREE "One Stop Shop" preventive health screening administered by Ocean County Health Department Staff. A nurse and nutritionist team will check blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, and stroke risk, as well as provide medical nutritional consultations and dental education. If needed, eligibility for diabetes programs (DPP, DSMES) will also be reviewed. No appointment necessary!
