Join us for an exploration of the writing form known as "creative nonfiction."
It's a relatively new genre of writing that combines elements of fiction with nonfiction. Examples include works such as Eat, Pray, Love and the current bestseller, The Wager. We'll start small with "Flash" Creative Nonfiction to explore writing short stories of 1,000 words or less. Works to discuss will be selected from the online literary journal, Brevity. The workshop will include works to discuss and generative writing exercises to get you started. Please register.
