This CPR class is run under AHA guidelines and includes hands-on practice of CPR steps on manikins. Also covered is how to relieve choking, what an AED is and how to use it.

Cherie Garrison Horhay, owner of Hands on CPR Training, will be teaching a Friends and Family CPR class. This is a video driven course run under the guidelines of the American Heart Association and includes hands on practice on manikins. The class covers Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, how to relieve choking for adults, children, and infants, and what an AED is and how to use it. Participants will receive a course manual that includes a participation card. 

Please note, this is not a CPR certification class.

Space is limited, be sure to register.
