Berkeley Meeting RoomThis program focuses on the emotional and personal side of Parkinson?s progression and how changing abilities, routines, relationships, and independence can impact daily life.
Living with Parkinson’s means continually adapting to change; physically, emotionally, mentally, and socially. Rather than focusing mainly on symptom management, this class creates space to explore the uncertainty, grief, frustration, resilience, and adjustment that can come with progression over time. Through guided reflection and group discussion, participants will explore coping strategies, emotional support, communication, and ways to maintain connection, meaning, and quality of life.
This program is designed to be supportive, conversational, and welcoming for individuals living with Parkinson’s, caregivers, and loved ones.
