Get ready for deep relaxation with sound.

Join us for an hour-long crystal singing bowl sound bath meditation with yoga instructor Belle Burns. During the meditation, seven crystal bowls will be played that align with the chakras, aiding in deep relaxation. Please bring a mat or blanket to lay down on. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Ocean County Library - Toms River.
