Join Lavallette Heritage Committee President, Denise Wirth, to learn how the Lavallette City by the Sea became The Borough of Lavallette.

On December 21,1887 the hamlet known as Lavallette City by The Sea  was incorporated to become The Borough of Lavallette.
Presentation will include photos and stories of our early founding citizens, businesses, volunteerism, storms, school boardwalk, hardships and progress.
