The Bullet Journal® Method was created by Ryder Carroll and has since become a popular way to merge organizational skills and creativity for a more present life.
The Bullet Journal® Method was created by Ryder Carroll, who wanted to control his focus after being diagnosed with ADD. Since its introduction to the public, bullet journaling has become a popular way to merge organizational skills and creativity for a more present life. The Bullet Journal® can be used to stay on top of professional tasks, track personal habits, or document travels. Though this program will demonstrate benefits as well as best uses for bullet journaling, there is no right or wrong when it comes to unleashing your creativity. Time at the end of this program will allow attendees to experiment with different templates. Supplies will be provided, but participants are invited to bring their own (i.e., pencils, pens, notebooks) to use at the session.
