Visit the Toms River Branch between 10 am and 3 pm to participate in a variety of ocean-themed S.T.E.A.M. activities in celebration of NJ Makers Day. All ages. Check description for details. Drop-in.

Celebrate NJ Makers Day in Mancini Hall with a wide variety of activities for all ages. Highlights include:

  • Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit
  • Decorate an Ocean Tote Bag
  • Paint a Jewel Treasure Sun Catcher
  • Ocean-themed Sensory Sand Play
  • Sea Slime
  • Button Making
  • Robot Races & Obstacles

We will have a special guest, Brizo the Barnegat Bay Mermaid, in her Green Room Grotto between 11 am and 1 pm. Visit anytime after 11 am and before 1 pm to meet our oceanic friend and paint a special seashell!

Be sure to visit our Rain Barrel display in the Lobby to learn about conserving our wonderful water.
