Presenter, Rick Feingold, will present the fascinating history of the Schuyler Sisters and Alexander Hamilton which was made famous by the Broadway musical, Hamilton. Please register.
Four daughters of wealthy General Philip Schuyler ran away to elope with rich men. But Elizabeth Schuyler married Alexander Hamilton, a penniless orphan immigrant, for love. The love letters Hamilton sent to Eliza during their courtship will be presented as well as Eliza's other two sisters - Angelica Schuyler Church and Maria Reynolds.
Rick Feingold teaches American Business History at Bergen Community College and holds an MBA from Penn State University and a B.A. in History from Rutgers University.
