The Ocean County Health Department will be offering seasonal influenza (flu) vaccines (1 year and above) and the COVID-19 vaccine for the 2024-25 season to all residence (6 months and above). Please visit http://www.ochd.org for more information, to register for an appointment, or call 732-341-9700 x7411. Eligible residents who are 65+ or are considered Immunocompromised should consider a second dose of the 2023-24 vaccine as added protection as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control.

Note: Please bring your COVID Vaccine Record Card, ID, and insurance card (if available). The COVID-19 vaccine is available for ages 6 months and older, who have not received the updated 2023-24 vaccine series. Only one (1) dose of the 2023-24 series is recommended. For COVID vaccine appointments for children younger than 5 years, contact the Ocean County Health Department for our pediatric clinics on Mondays.

Please be prepared to wait for 15 minutes after your vaccine. If you are not feeling well, consider rescheduling your appointment. The Ocean County Health Department vaccination team will be more than happy to speak with you about your vaccine questions and offer health tips and education about staying healthy this Fall and Winter season.

Uninsured residents may also qualify for no-out of pocket vaccines, schedule an appointment to protect you and your entire family.
