Melissa Maschal is an independent artist who will be creating a picture for the audience and explaining the different techniques she uses. Sponsored by the Friends of the Stafford Library. Register. 

The audience will be allowed to ask questions during the process. After completion of the art piece, the Friends will hand out raffle tickets and Melissa will draw the number of the lucky recipient of the drawing. Sponsored by the Friends of the Stafford Library. Please register.
