Join us for an hour-long crystal singing bowl sound bath meditation with yoga instructor Belle Burns. During the meditation, seven crystal bowls will be played that align with the chakras, aiding in deep relaxation. Please bring a mat or blanket to lay down. A waiver and parent signature is required. Ages 12-18.
